My company just distributed an email that says that someone in our company has a person in their household has a confirmed case of swine flu. Which means that they have been exposed to it and are bringing it to work with them. They refuse to tell us who it is, which I think is right but shouldn’t we have some legal rights in this mater?

Even though it is not fair the privacy of the person can be kept private and it is their right. As of ur right ask ur boss wut would they do if u get swine flu, and aslo try to maintain healthy habits and u will be fine.
and do you have legal rights when someone comes in with a cold? Don’t be silly. You are responsible for keeping yourself healthy, that means washing your hands frequently, not touching your face without first washing your hands, and avoiding crowds.
