Well i had tonsillitis one or two years ago, My right tonsil hasnt gone down yet.
Does this mean that i have had tonsillitis ever since that first time.
It really hurts when i swallow, And i struggle to eat and drink, it is so painful.
I’ve tried many medicines. I have taken paracetamol and penicillin.
Should i be worried ?
What should i do about it ?

yes. if the tonsillitis is indeed strep, it can be easily passed onto someone else. strep should be treated as soon as possible as it can cause other serious health conditions later on such as glomerulonephritis and rheumatic fever. those two you definitely do not want to have. Continued…

At the moment my throat is pretty tender and sore. It’s not as bad as everyone has made it out to be. Can some one tell me what I should be expecting?

i have tonsillitis and the doctors don’t open until monday and its now saturday night so i have to wait in pain..i cant even swallow my own saliva without it hurting badly. i know i have it because my dad took a-look in my mouth/throat and he can see the white spots and i can see them too. how do i ease the pain or cure it naturally? until i can get to the doctors.and also… how do u get it

My tonsils are like a dark purple and look shriveled up, and my right tonsil has a large white spot on it. Whenever I sing or talk louder than a normal voice, the tonsil with the spot is painful. I also have abdominal and vaginal pressure, and stomach cramps that are not just in the area where I get them during my period. Not sure if that is related, though.
